The FLAG Art Foundation is pleased to host a book launch and discussion between artist Nir Hod and FLAG founder Glenn Fuhrman, on the occasion of Hod’s publication The Life We Left Behind. Published in conjunction with the artist’s 2023 solo exhibition 100 Years is Not Enough at Michael Kohn Gallery in Los Angeles, the catalogue documents the development of Hod’s notable chroming technique. Essays by Jacoba Urist, editor-at-large and columnist for Cultured Magazine, and Lily Wei, a New York-based independent curator, writer, journalist, and critic, bring further insight into Hod’s practice.
