Does FLAG offer internships?

FLAG offers paid seasonal internships and will begin accepting applications for Fall 2025 in July 2025. Interested applicants should consult the NYFA classifieds page for more information.

I would like to curate an exhibition at FLAG. Is this possible? 
I am an artist and would like to show my work at FLAG. Is this possible?

FLAG does not typically review outside submissions. However, if you feel your particular project is worth consideration, please send a brief description and contact information to info@flagartfoundation.org.

Does FLAG have a permanent collection?

No. FLAG is non-collecting exhibition space that operates in the spirit of a Kunsthalle. Curators select and borrow work from a variety of sources, including artists, galleries, private collections, and museums.

Is the artwork in your exhibitions for sale?

No. FLAG is a nonprofit exhibition space, not a commercial gallery. Our objective is to provide a venue in which visitors can view, contemplate, and be inspired by a wide range of contemporary artworks.
